Remove the

touchpanel and clean

the contacts.

The internal battery

can not retain a

charge.

Undock the

touchpanel and

replace the internal

battery.

The internal

battery of the

touchpanel

does not

recharge.

The PWR

connector is not

secure.

Remove the

touchpanel and

check that the

connector is secure.

Incorrect power

supply.

Use a Crestron

power supply with

sufficient power.
